Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 courgettes moyennes
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
  • ½ cuillère à café de sel
  • ½ cuillère à café de poivre noir
  • ½ cuillère à café de paprika doux
  • ½ cuillère à café d'ail en poudre
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de parmesan râpé
  • Herbes fraîches (persil, basilic, ciboulette)

Instructions

  1. Préheat your oven to 120°C (250°F). Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly. Slice them into very thin rounds (about 2 mm thick) using a mandoline or knife.
  2. Place the zucchini slices in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix gently to coat each slice evenly.
  3. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange the zucchini rounds in a single layer on the sheets without overlapping.
  4. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping the chips halfway through for optimal crispiness. Keep an eye on them towards the end; they should be golden and crispy but not burnt.
  5. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs while still warm. Allow them to cool for a few minutes for extra crunch.
