  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can of tuna in water (140g drained)
  • 100g of Saint-Morêt cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of mild mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives (or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame or sunflower seeds for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Optional: drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the Avocados: Slice the avocados in half lengthwise and carefully remove the pit with a knife.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Scoop out some avocado flesh to create a small hollow. Place the reserved avocado flesh in a bowl. Add drained tuna, Saint-Morêt cheese, lemon juice, mild mustard, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff the Avocados: Fill each avocado half with the tuna mixture, pressing down gently if needed. Garnish with extra chives or parsley and sprinkle with sesame or sunflower seeds.
